Consumer queries, comments and complaints
You can give BEAR a growl for any reason via our website. Your message is processed through a customer service solution called Desk.com which is owned by Salesforce. The following data is collected, stored and processed:

• Name (any first and last names as supplied)
• Message text
• IP address

BEAR will only keep your personal data for processing your enquiry. We’ll only hang on to it long enough to reply and/or to investigate your request or concern and it will be deleted within thirteen month afterwards. In exceptional circumstances, and only for complaints, the data may be archived for up to 5 years. We may pass this data on to another affiliate or subsidiary of us for the purpose of further investigation of your concern or complaint.
